"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

Fruits and vegetables are good sources. Also, whole grains like oatmeal, real whole wheat bread (check the labels as they're sneaky sometimes), brown rice.

-10 pounds: Zumba Fitness 2 for Wii (assuming it is still for sale) ORDERED
-20 pounds: ymca or gym membership (still researching best option)
-30 pounds: new workout outfit
-40 pounds: new walking/running shoes
-50 pounds: New fitness game or DVD
-60 pounds: new workout outfit
-70 pounds: new wardrobe
