I have found the edit my goals and have entered your numbers for carbs. They make a great deal more sense. Thank you.

It is called GOALS AND PROGRESS
Check and Update the "calories to burn this week" ---by clicking the CHANGE button

Where is the "goals" tab? I only see "other goals" as one of the options when I click on "MY TRACKERS"

Right below "Track my weight" is "Personalized Programs". There is nothing hidden.

It should be right under track my weight. You might have it hidden. There's an option that says "show". Click show if you see it and "my goals and progress" should come up.

When I click on "start" on "my trackers", I do not see anything there about goals. There is a "Track my foods"', "Track my workouts" and "Track my weight". There is a "Personalized Programs" and "my Quick Track". All on the left side of the screen. That's it.

See if this helps:
Click above on MY TRACKERS, START
Scroll down the left side of the screen until you get to the goal section.
Check and update all 3 categories and SAVE as you go along...
Now did you get 1200-1550 and a carb minimum of 135??

Did you enter your information on the 'goals' tab? That will give you the nutrition information SP recommends for your height/weight and the speed you want to lose at.

Sounds like you've tried to do it yourself! you don't need to; SP gives you a place to start, then you can tweak as you go, when your experience helps you decide what works.

Hmmm. You're looking at where it says "goal" in the nutrition tracker right? Not at what you actually at for the day? Your other numbers seems ok, but you're right, those carb numbers are way off. Maybe ask for help in the technical forum. I'm at 1200-1550 and my carb requirements are 135-252 if that helps.

It sounds like I have done something very wrong somewhere, but I do have the daily reports that clearly state these carb requirements.

I get the numbers from the "weekly progress table", the "daily feedback" and "today's full report". For 1200 to 1400 calories, the requirements specified are as follows: Carbs 240-346, fat 47-83 and protein 60-186. Needless to say, I have been ignoring the carbs because they do not make sense to me. What have I done wrong.

I know that these are "not" the numbers that you received from your Sparkpeople program.
Where did you get this information???

A minimum of 240? That seems excessive and doesn't sound correct to me. My range is 1480-1830 and my carb range is 166-297.

I reset the values, and eat less carbs..lol. I focus on staying in range with calories though.

Maybe try eating more starchy veggies and fruits.

I am on a 1200 to 1400 calories program, and I am unable to reach the minimum requirement of carbs of 240. How is everyone else dealing with this? Are the numbers incorrect.
