When I click on "start" on "my trackers", I do not see anything there about goals. There is a "Track my foods"', "Track my workouts" and "Track my weight". There is a "Personalized Programs" and "my Quick Track". All on the left side of the screen. That's it.
See if this helps: Click above on MY TRACKERS, START Scroll down the left side of the screen until you get to the goal section. Check and update all 3 categories and SAVE as you go along... Now did you get 1200-1550 and a carb minimum of 135?? Becky
Did you enter your information on the 'goals' tab? That will give you the nutrition information SP recommends for your height/weight and the speed you want to lose at.
Sounds like you've tried to do it yourself! you don't need to; SP gives you a place to start, then you can tweak as you go, when your experience helps you decide what works.

Hmmm. You're looking at where it says "goal" in the nutrition tracker right? Not at what you actually at for the day? Your other numbers seems ok, but you're right, those carb numbers are way off. Maybe ask for help in the technical forum. I'm at 1200-1550 and my carb requirements are 135-252 if that helps.
I get the numbers from the "weekly progress table", the "daily feedback" and "today's full report". For 1200 to 1400 calories, the requirements specified are as follows: Carbs 240-346, fat 47-83 and protein 60-186. Needless to say, I have been ignoring the carbs because they do not make sense to me. What have I done wrong.
