I think it's someone, once again, profitting off sharing common sense. "Eat whole foods: real meats, veggies, fruits, healthy fats, nuts, seeds. Exercise/ Be active/ Move more. Watch portion sizes" At the same time, it adds in the concept of resistant starches in small amounts which I think is good to learn about.
