I would like to try carb cycling. But I am unsure of how to cycle the high, medium and low carb days with my exercise schedule. Here is my schedule:
Mon/Wed/Fri - 8 minutes on the elliptical followed by a weight circuit (1 rep per machine) X 3
Tues/Thurs - 30 minutes ARC trainer, 12 minutes rowing
Sat/Sun - rest
Any suggestions on how to cycle my carbs based on that schedule?
