Your food tracker is showing that you are only consuming on most days 600-900 calories. If this is your correct daily intake and you have gained 9 pounds....Please make an appointment to see your doctor for a complete physical. This just isn't adding up.
I have done this workout ror six months now. I have lost a couple inches qnd definitely gained muscle. But I lhave lost no weight. In fact I have gained nine pounds. I jusv want to et rid of the fat still hanging on especially on my belly.
