My doctor suspects my thyroid and has sent me for a blood testing. Thanks.

Your food tracker is showing that you are only consuming on most days 600-900 calories. If this is your correct daily intake and you have gained 9 pounds....Please make an appointment to see your doctor for a complete physical. This just isn't adding up.

I don't think there would be any benefit to the carb cycling regarding your workout or your weight loss. What are you hoping to achieve???

Hi,

I would like to try carb cycling. But I am unsure of how to cycle the high, medium and low carb days with my exercise schedule. Here is my schedule:

Mon/Wed/Fri - 8 minutes on the elliptical followed by a weight circuit (1 rep per machine) X 3
Tues/Thurs - 30 minutes ARC trainer, 12 minutes rowing
Sat/Sun - rest

Any suggestions on how to cycle my carbs based on that schedule?

Thanks!
