You actually are within the "healthy" BMI range at your current weight, so it may not be possible (or actually, healthy) for you to take 20 pounds off of that based on your frame or how much muscle you have. I know a lot of people try to aim for the middle of the range, but for some they just aren't meant to be there.
Congratulations on the weight you have lost, and hopefully the body fat % will shine a little more light as to what you can work towards next.
Thanks! I didn't take the body fat percentage into consideration! I Will see that this week so that I can change at my best.... I dont want to be super skinny but I DO want small arms and nice abs! Which I know can only be achieved by eating right and make my best effort

Hi Nina, I am slightly shorter than you, and have a similar weight. (I used to be obese, but lost 20% of my body-weight 2010-2011.) I have been maintaining around 62-64 kilos for 2 years now, and would really like to get down to 58 kg. My weight just won't budge. I have been within my SP ranges for over 3 months. So far I am not seeing significant changes, so like you I feel stuck.
I am staring to consider that maybe, maybe, I am OK with staying around this number. I have a large frame, and I am quite muscular, so I guess I will never become petite even though I am short.
Oh, and if you feel very hungry you could have a look at your tracker to see if you are getting all your nutrients that day. I know than when I eat well-balanced and healthy meals that nourish my body I never feel overly hungry. When I don't I will feel famished..
the thing about weight is that it isn't always fair. while it's possible that 120lbs may be the right size for you, it's also possible that 140lbs is that number too. since you're already at a healthy weight for your height, the best thing that you can do is to get an accurate bodyfat percentage reading. that is going to be the best judge of what/how much/if any you have to lose. if you're still have 30% bodyfat you can probably lose to the 120s. if you are already in the low 20s, you should be able to do the 130s and maybe get into the upper 120s, but you likely just don't have the excess fat on you to be able get too close to 120. if you're already in the teens then it is going to be nearly impossible to lose because you just don't have excess weight.
if you do have some left to lose, make sure that you aren't trying to lose more than a half pound a week. even if that whole twenty pounds you want to lose was pure fat that's not enough fat to support large loss numbers. keep in mind that unless you're scale is really great, it may take time to see those half pound per week losses. your weight can vary by 5lbs per day, so that can really mask small losses for a bit. you may also want to try maintaining the 140 for a month, then trying to lose a pound the next month.

You are not alone on this battle, I have had the same experience. However since I have been in this journey I have learned to listen to my body and pay attention at what is saying. In my case I have been over weight most of my adult life, my highest 213, when I changed my lifestyle. I have found that every 10 lbs I loose I have a 3 to 6 month adjustment period before I loose again, it seems the weight range I kept for the longest in the past is the hardest to break the plateau. But the important thing is not to give up.
Whit so many success stories around I just had to ask: WTF whit me?? Let me explain: around the years I had weight troubles: low self-esteem, always buying clothes smaller than my size only to storage them in a pile of "someday"... well as you can imagine I had terrible episodes of self-hate and all those clichés that you can imagine... 2 years ago I started my REAL journey (no more yo-yo diets), whit weight lifting, eating the right foods, etc, etc. It was REALLY great and although I still have some trouble whit the occasional binge... by far I feel happy and still fighting. BUT lately I cant go down my last 20 pounds, I'm just stuck in 140 lbs (I want to be 120 Lbs, which I believe is fare for my 160 cm of height). Any ideas?? Sometimes I get hungry (believe me I end up drinking water and waiting 20 minutes to see if it is real hunger... and usually its is) and on those occasions I dont lose one single pound. Any of you guys have experienced this?
