I need help i would love to walk more and exercise more but i cant. i have had a lot of surgeries so i have gained weight... i am getting ready to have another surgery on my foot and it hurts soo bad i cant do anything. my hips back feet and tail bone is messed up has been since i was little so i don't know what all i could do to get exercise anyone have any ideas...
