For me they are just like using free weights, so I would not use them 2 straight days.

If you are doing the exercises to failure (which means the last rep you do is the last one you can do in good form), then I would not do those workouts 2 days in a row. I'd treat that just like any other strength workout.

Sure, you could do resistance band workouts two days in a row, just make sure you take that third day off to let your muscles rest.
Ideally, it's best to have a day off in between strength workouts. However, some people need to do what they can to make their workouts fit into their schedules.
