I've been making a salad dressing with olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried spices and water. I make about a cup to cup and half at a time. I store it in the fridge. I use it on salads and to marinate meats for dinner. It is totally awesome in my opinion. The meats I then grill on our George Foreman grill, fast and easy. Oh so yummy. With a salad and a few steamed veggies dinner is a crowd pleaser. So far I've used it within 4-5 days and stored it in fridge.

Sure you can. Just make sure you use it or discard it a little earlier than you would discard the most perishable ingredient in it.

Can you store the dressing you make at home in the fridge? I tried googling it but it is so controversial. I like to make mine with vinegar, olive oil, kalamata olives, and sometimes lemon or lime. I would like to experiment with more of course, but I hate having to make them every time I eat a salad. Thanks!
