In my opinion, it's kind of hard on the knees for what you get out of it (Plyometrics tape). The strength training isn't really strength training, it's mostly more like metabolic conditioning and muscular endurance training.
Knowing what I know now, I would design a program to do the same or better with half the time commitment. My program would require access to a gym or slightly more (or at least different) equipment. Also, it probably wouldn't cause as much glamor muscle growth--but it would develop much more functional athleticism.
I personally hate the kempo vid since I trained at traditional martial arts for quite a while and this is crap. Also, I'm not exceptionally fond of the yoga vid--much better yoga tapes are readily available. And the fact of the matter is that Ab Ripper doesn't really comply with "best practices" for ab training and is needless massive overkill.
I may sound like I'm not happy I did it, but that's not the case. It's really good in some ways, such as requiring little equipment, and making it easy to get past the hurdle of starting a workout because, really, how difficult is it to put in the disc and press play?

For me, it was BORING. I like the intense keep it moving type of workout. It is a good strength program, with little cardio. I made it through week 7 and gave it back to my brother. It will work, if you enjoy doing it.

It was OK. If you're a beginner, anything is going to work. There are some good aspects of the program. I'm a big fan of chin ups, pull ups and push ups. The leg stuff was good at making my legs sore, but didn't actually build a lot of strength. Yoga was hard, but I'm very inflexible. Kenpo X was neat the first couple of times, but got boring.
All in all, 5/10. You could do a lot better, you could do a lot worse.
