go to your start page. adjust your calories burned goal to reflect how much you are working out [ie how many calories you are actually burning in a week]. make sure you save. then your ranges will adjust. when you move closer, adjust your calories burned again based on what you are actually doing.
According to my fitness tracker I've doubled my weekly calories goal in just one day! I'm also just over my weekly fitness mins too. I've only tracked 1day but I've actually done the same 5days this week.
My children started a new school last week. It's a round trip of 6k which we have to walk. that's twice a day for me so 12k in total.
I don't have the option to walk less so logically I must need to eat more but how do I work out how much more I should be eating and adjust my trackers.
