So this cute little exercise, arrived as the daily exercise today. It looks so easy. I know from doing planks, that it would get harder the longer I held it.
The problem? I couldn't even get my body in the position!!! It really took some effort just to get the position right. So my answer is yes after some real effort. Hint, it really helps to tighten the core and think of pushing your hips to the ceiling.
Can you do it? No cheating by just looking at the picture. Can you do it?
