Well, I just tried it and I am surprised and pleased to say that I did it for all of 10 seconds! I couldn't hold it for long, but I am happy that I could even get into the position. I did hurt my wrist a little...and my shoulders definitely feel tired from even 10 seconds...

I have a feeling that getting into the starting position is going to be my problem, too, but I'm going to give it a try!

hahahahahahahahahaha Now that I had a good laugh. No, I couldn't do it. I am 63 and terribly OUT OF SHAPE. I don't have the strength or the dexterity in arms and shoulders, to push myself up. But I did get a good laugh. Of course, post this in a year. Maybe I can manage it then, liftin my weights, but I doubt it.
So this cute little exercise, arrived as the daily exercise today. It looks so easy. I know from doing planks, that it would get harder the longer I held it.
The problem? I couldn't even get my body in the position!!! It really took some effort just to get the position right. So my answer is yes after some real effort. Hint, it really helps to tighten the core and think of pushing your hips to the ceiling.
Can you do it? No cheating by just looking at the picture. Can you do it?
