Hold the Stuffing challenges you to control the typical holiday weight gain. Our main goal is to stay conscious about our weight over the holidays. We don't ask that you avoid your favorite food, drinks, etc we just ask that you stay conscious so that you don't gain weight!

To participate, simply weigh in the week before Thanksgiving (November 15th-19th) and the week after New Year’s (January 3rd-7th, 2011). If you maintain your weight (okay, you can gain up to two pounds)* you will be entered into a drawing for a surprise gift from
