Your weight loss goal can also affect that. When I first started I accidentally put the wrong year in for my weight goal so instead of 1 year out it was more like 3 and had my calorie range really high for that slow of a weight loss. So if you've checked everything else, check your weight loss goal date, if it's very far out it might be keeping your range high for that.

I too guess that something is entered incorrectly in the information you submitted. Perhaps you clicked yourself as male, or used kilograms for weight not pounds. Please check and update your profile and let us know.

Here is how your calorie range is calculated. Something is probably off in your inputs to have a range that high:

Right now i am consuming about 1240-1500 calories a day, but on my nutrition tracker it shows i should be consuming between 2100-2450 calories.....

If you keep your information up to date, such as est. calories burned per week in exercise, your nutrition tracker should update automatically to account for it. What is it now?

nutrition tracker please, i dont go to the gym to strength train and I strongly feel my nutrition tracker should reset my calorie deficit, please and thank you :o)
