If you have your SparkPage set to public and have chosen to share your trackers, your doctors could go to your page and view those. Otherwise, you can print out your nutrition and fitness trackers.

For your nutrition tracker, go to your nutrition tracker page, scroll down the page to just below the tracker and click on the button for "See Today's Full Report." You can then select up to 7 days to view and print.

For you fitness tracker, you can print your cardio tracked by clicking on the button below the tracker for "print cardio tracked."

Otherwise, if you are looking to show them other reports, you can just run those reports and print them out.

I hope that helps!

It would be really nice if my Personal Trainer and doctors could view my progress. Is there a way for them to do this without them having to be a member?
