The ball is in your park and it's up to you what you do with it . I feel 30 min of exercise is enough and 1400-1500 calories are great ! There is nothing wrong with wanting to know how many calories thats in everything ! I have gained and lost over 50 lbs many times but i didn't know how to do it until i got on spark . I AM HERE THE REST OF MY LIFE ! I WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND THE TOOLS ARE HERE ! If i can help you i am here daily ! THAT'S MY CHOICE !
