I track all my supplements (and even meds) that way. It takes a little work to get them entered in my "Favorites," but once they're there, it's simple. I even group my non-food items like that so I don't have to pick them out individually.

Sure. Just search for the vitamin like you would a food and add it the same way. For example, search for "Centrum Complete" then add 1 serving to the tracker.
You don't have to eat the whole thing.
