I am officially out of the overweight BMI range and in my healthy BMI range!!! I've lost 21 lbs in 2.5 months and I am feeling super encouraged. I can't wait for my first shopping trip to celebrate my success. My current clothes have become so baggy. I feel so much more energetic and cooridinated. I can stand for long periods of time without getting tired, bend over without being worried about losing my balance and can just move faster in general.
