Today is the day... I hope! I am sick of being fat, sluggish, and stressed. Newly divorced, raising four kids along with having an executive level job. Hard for me to think of myself as fat because I had been thin and in shape most of my life. I get startled when I catch a glimpse of my reflection or can't fit into clothes in the "misses" section. I am so unbelievably tired! I want to run away to an island for a month to rest and recuperate after a tragic divorce with no family to help me with the kids and my former husband lives far away. He is moving near us in a few weeks which will be wonderful. I can't go on much longer doing it all myself. Youngest is four years old. Oldest is 12. My two middle sons are impacted by varying degrees of Autism. I need to lose weight and get healthy. I need more energy and activities that will help me cope with the weight of stress in my life.
