Lol, I've had days like that, usually I track them to either: previous days have eaten too few calories, or have eaten a lot of carbs.
The best thing I've found for me is to drink 2 big glasses of water, brush my teeth and go to bed!!
If you can't do that...just keep muching raw veggies and fruit if you can.

Looking for advice for those days where you just can not be satisfied. While I have managed to stay under my calorie requirements for today, I can't stop eating. I have had over 3 nalgene's full, as well as fruits and veggies, added more protein, but I'm still an eating machineeeeee.
Any suggestions out there for days such as these? Food suggestions? Behavior suggestions?
