I had a day like that last Saturday. Nothing I ate seemed enough so I kept kind of grazing all day. Not a good idea!!!

Add some healthy fat to what you are eating. Lots of veggies and protein is good, but if you don't have some fat with it you won't be satisfied. 1/4 of an avocado is a good place to start.

Ah I wish I could eat those. Technically I can eat them, their fiber just works a little "too well" for me. Thanks for the suggestion!

when I have the munchies I choose a fiber one bar because the added fiber fills me up.....

Eating some ham and cheese, hopefully enough protein to keep me satiated and enough salt to make me float away!

HA! I was totally contemplating going to bed, but I have WAY too much homework to do to go to bed at 8:30!

Hopefully I can get my care plans done and then head to bed. I'm gonna keep chugging that water, but if I eat something I shouldn't - I'll track it and work on me making better choices tomorrow.

Lol, I've had days like that, usually I track them to either: previous days have eaten too few calories, or have eaten a lot of carbs.

The best thing I've found for me is to drink 2 big glasses of water, brush my teeth and go to bed!!

If you can't do that...just keep muching raw veggies and fruit if you can.

Looking for advice for those days where you just can not be satisfied. While I have managed to stay under my calorie requirements for today, I can't stop eating. I have had over 3 nalgene's full, as well as fruits and veggies, added more protein, but I'm still an eating machineeeeee.

Any suggestions out there for days such as these? Food suggestions? Behavior suggestions?
