It's two months not two weeks. I dont think I could do that. NO, other then the calculations on here, I have no real measure of what is right and what is wrong. I am in the Army but I know there calculations are all messed up. I just figured 140 was good. How do I figure out what really is a healthy weight/BMI for me ? Then how do i figure out how to maintain it?

With only 6 lbs to lose, you're looking at AT MOST about 1/4 to 1/2 a lb a week. Two weeks may actually be too aggressive! Your margin for error is lower, so accurate tracking is important. Increasing the calorie deficit may actually sabotage your efforts.

It may also be worth your time to reassess your goal; weight is less useful the closer you get to maintenance, because what looks like a good number on paper may not actually be where your body wants and needs to be. 6 lbs is still within the normal range of healthy fluctuations from week to week, and could be very difficult for you to lose.

Have you had your body fat percentage checked? That may be a better measure of progress for you at this point.

Weight loss naturally slows down as you approach your goal weight. Whatever you do in terms of eating and exercise, the last 6 lbs are going to come off slowly.

I agree with healthyforever - likely this is a result of the weight you have lost already. Lower bodyweight = less calories burned through exercise, and a lower metabolism. However, Spark does not recalculate this just through updating your weight - but changing your goal dates or exercise targets does trigger the recalculation.

You aren't doing anything wrong.

I know as you get closer to your goal weight, your calorie needs drop. A 130-lb. person doesn't require as many calories for his or her body to function than a 150-lb. person, for example. I can't look at your trackers to see if I notice anything odd because your profile is set to private.

I am a little confused, I spread out the weight i want to lose over the next 2 months (its only 6 pounds) i increased my calories burned (I am averaging at least 600 a week) but my caloriesI can eat per day dropped, what am I doing wrong?
