I did yesterday! My boyfriend and I LOVE our local froyo place, and since it has finally quit raining in sunny Florida, we dragged his roommates bikes out and rode over instead of driving. But it definitely is all about fitting it in where you can! Enjoy the treat :)

You never have to "work off" food choices. Our bodies don't work like that. It's not one food item that makes us fat. :) The whole idea of a "fattening food" is a fallacious one. What matters isn't one food, one meal, or even one day, but rather a pattern of eating over time of eating more than we need that causes weight gain.

You have a calorie range for a reason. Use it! Yes, you can have treats. Just make sure you're meeting your basic nutritional needs. Healthy lifestyle is not about never having anything "bad" or being perfect.

Don't fret about it. Enjoy your treats!

I love Special K, I eat all types....I am very well aware that just because Special K is amazingly good and smart to snack on it is not along. What about...Fiber One (90 cal snacks) or Nutri grain? I am want to try to broaded what I eat a little. Which is why I wanted some Frozen Yogurt (Choc Chip Cookie Dough...Yum). Now that I am just about where I want to be I want to try to find food that I crave, but keep the healthy habits (like salad at lunch instead of a cheeseburger and fries). Any advice would be awesome! emoticon

If I am at the end of my day and I haven't reached my calorie intake for the day does it hurt to have some frozen yogurt?
