I love Special K, I eat all types....I am very well aware that just because Special K is amazingly good and smart to snack on it is not along. What about...Fiber One (90 cal snacks) or Nutri grain? I am want to try to broaded what I eat a little. Which is why I wanted some Frozen Yogurt (Choc Chip Cookie Dough...Yum). Now that I am just about where I want to be I want to try to find food that I crave, but keep the healthy habits (like salad at lunch instead of a cheeseburger and fries). Any advice would be awesome!
