Congrats!!! You should be sooo proud of herself. You have accomplished what you have set out to do - and that is to lose the desired weight. I have a ways yet to go but you have certainly inspired me. I have done ok but needs to do more. Reading about you can surely help me to stay on track. Again Congratulations!

Thanks! Maintenance is the hardest part, because I no longer have a goal. It's kind of nice that they phase us into it.

I'm sure the site adjusts to you going back into a "hold your weight" rather than "loose weight" mode.

Today I logged on to spark people and I am no within about 2 pounds of my goal.

I got on to look and see what calories I have left for dinner and realized my calories have suddenly gone up. Is that because I'm getting closer to maintenance? Is it something else?

I haven't been exercising that much more.
