Do a search in your nutrition tracker for chicken stock...there are many choices. Basically, this is a low calorie, low fat food item.

honestly, if you are sure there is no skin or fat in the chicken bones you are using, then I would just use any chicken broth you see on the tracker... you should use salt free broth for your search though, and then manually add salt depending on how much you put in it

eat food. not too much. mostly plants.

Goal 1: 160lbs by May 15 (breast reduction day!)

I am making my own chicken stock today and I was wondering how to enter it on sparkrecipes. I use chicken bones and vegetable odd and ends I collect (and freeze) throughout the month. It consists mostly of the cut ends of veggies and any left over that my family didn't eat. Any advise on how to enter that into "my recipes" ?
