Cream Cheese Chicken
17 oz.envelope Italian dressing-40 calories
1/2 cup butter--128 calories
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
1can10.7 cream of chicken soup-175 calories
18oz. pk. cream cheese- 800 calories (could use reduced fat)

You have to enter all the information, all the ingredients etc, and it will generate info for you based on what you've entered.

Does that mean you can submit a recipe and they can tell you how many calories it contains and what a serving amount would be and how man calories are in it?

Try sparkrecipes.com. I've found it very helpful in allowing me to keep eating my favorite meals from my childhood, just in proper portions =)

How do you determine the amount of calories in each serving of a recipe and the size of 1 serving?
