For level 1 I used 20 min of Circut Training, level 2 I used 30 min of Circut Training. I haven't got to level 3 yet!

You can log this in as circuit training in your cardio fitness tracker.

Does anyone know how many calories you burn in jillian michaels 30 day shred? is each level different?
