Hi used it awhile ago. I just typed Calories Burned During Exercise Lookup in the search box for Sparkpeople and it should come up. Good luck.

I can search for them individually but I can't find the start page. For instance here is the one for calories burned walking 3mph.

This may be a new addition to SparkPeople but I have never seen it here.

One of the calorie activities calculators I know of, that takes into consideration what your stats are, is at this link: www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php

A week or so ago I stumbled upon a part of Spark People where you could pick an exercise like say "Biking 12-13 MPH" after that you would enter your weight and the time doing the activity to calculate the amount of calories burned. I am trying to find that again and am not having any luck...........can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks
