A week or so ago I stumbled upon a part of Spark People where you could pick an exercise like say "Biking 12-13 MPH" after that you would enter your weight and the time doing the activity to calculate the amount of calories burned. I am trying to find that again and am not having any luck...........can anyone point me in the right direction?
