Hello and Welcome! Isn't the food tracker a great tool. The Fitness tracker is really helpful too. Also, one of the best ways to stay accountable is to be active on your Spark Teams.

Hi, I love the food tracker. I was really surprised to see how many calories I have been eating. With the food tracker, I can see where I can make some improvements. I have only been on the site for a week. Lost two pounds which is nice. Not really following a food plan yet. Just tracking what I eat. I am measureing what I eat now. The Tracker is a good info and motivating tool for me. Thanks Sparkfolks.
