Circuit training is your best option if this DVD is more strength than cardio. If you do move from one strength exercise to the next with little recovery time, that is circuit training.

Anyone out there done the "Core Secrets" DVDs? I am using them to augment my other workout routines but can't figure out in what category they belong for tracking purposes. Since you are constantly moving from one strength exercise to another (and I must admit, my blood is pumpping), the closest category I can get is "circuit training." I tried to find the calories burn info at the Core Secrets website and there was nothing specific. Help anyone?
