Have you updated your program with a new weight???
It sounds like your fitness tracker is linked with your nutrition tracker?
Since you are doing the same exercise most days of the week---you could "unlink" the trackers and then you won't see changes. Let me know if you need the steps to do this.
What is the calorie range you use when you find that you "do" lose weight?? This is the range that I would aim for.

To Becky I haven't change anything in my cardio or lost any weight this is the second time my range have increase without me losing an significant amount of weight or exercising in outside of the the 35-40 minutes walk I do daily. Monday 23 was the only time I decided do 12. Min body weight exercises.
