Same here. I don't worry about where I am in my range, as long as I'm within in on most days. I don't stress too much if I go over it every so often either.

That's the point of this website and this lifestyle. It isn't a restrictive diet; and the healthiest of healthiest people don't eat the same # of cals each day either. That's why there is a range. Good for you for incorporating more healthy foods!

I must confess I try to eat within the range. Whether it isa at the lower end or upper end or middle is determined by the types of food - healthy of course mostly and how many calories in the food. I think this is because of the variety in my diet as I can get bored eating the same foods every day or maybe every week. Also if some foods are healthy and are on sale at the grocery store I would have that for my meals during the week. Happy sticking to your calorie range folks with lots of healthy foods along the way too.
