its your target calories if you want to lose [whatever you put in] +100 (upper) and -250 (lower)
1200-1550 is the minimum range this site will give you.
I *might* have mixed up those 2 numbers (-100, +250 ?), but I'm sure someone will provide the link to the site that lets you calc your BMR and how SP calcs your range ^_^

it is all for loss. if you are set to lose a pound a week, your maintenance ranges are 500 cals above your loss ranges. if you are set to lose 2lbs per week, those maintenance ranges are 1000 cals above your ranges.

Is the calorie range for weight loss or is the higher end for maintenance? I am between 1200 and 1550 daily.
