I've lost the weight before and reached my goal. These pounds are the ones I've regained. I'm trying to nip this re-gain before it gets out of control. I've started strength training, so that will help.

If you really only have 3kg to lose then it will take a while. The less you have to lose the longer it takes. Keep at it and you will reach your goals!

The best thing about SparkPeople is that there is no adding/subtracting calories yourself. Just eat within your ranges it gives you and exercise!

not if you set up your account properly. what spark does is it takes the number of calories you say you burn a week [your calories burned goal on your start page], divides it by seven and adds that number to your bmr and daily activities before it subtracts out your deficit. so if you accurately told the program what you burn a week, then those calories are already accounted for. if you did not accurately enter your calories burned then it would be easier for you to keep that info accurate so that the program can just do all the math for you.

If my Spark calorie goal is to eat between 1210 and 1560 calories per day and I exercise 300 calories, does that mean I can eat up to 1860 calories and still lose?
