Add some healthy calorie-dense foods like nuts, seeds, avocado, extra virgin olive oil, etc. You can do it! If you remain at 1000 calories you probably won't meet all your nutritional requirements and you may set yourself up for your metabolism to slow down or binging or other bad outcome. Best wishes!!

I am struggling to loose the pounds as well. The inches are coming off but not the weight. I am told it is due to me working out so much and that the muscle weighs more than fat but still. I am eating mostly vegetables. Which do not have many calories. I am eating lean meat which do not have many calories. Today for lunch salad with lettuce, tomatoe and turkey. Along with an apple and added some peanut butter as a snack along with oatmeal for breakfast and my calories right now are at less than 500. That is with 2 snacks and 2 meals. I will have another full meal and at least one more snack today. Yesterday I had less than 800 calories all day.
pour olive oil over your food. most entrees and salads are only improved with a little olive oil. and it's very good for you. 1 tbsp = 120 calories.

Something that may help is turning on your suggested meal plan if you haven't already. It can be helpful to see how things are split up through the day. Additionally, here is a great article that may help too.
I too would add nuts. I eat a little trail mix after dinner as a kind of desert.

I am having the same problem, it is a fine line to walk to eat the right kind of food and get the required calories. On top of not getting enough calories you would think I would be shedding pounds like crazy but it is the opposite, I am struggling to lose weight. I also get lots of exercise. I am worried my metabolism has slowed WAY down. Do I need help?

I was having a similar problem and not eating enough fat. I think that adding in peanut butter or/and avocado where you can will help you to get in some healthy fats and more calories.

I agree...I would say add some nuts and seeds. If you tend to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, like I do, it's very difficult to meet your daily calorie intake. I have had this problem as well

I am struggling to get the calories in that I need to eat daily. I should be eating between 1200-1550 and most days I am struggling to get to 1000. That is with three meals and three snacks. What do I do?
