See how you do with more calories, but don't go over 100 at a time, my dietitian advised me to eat the extra calories with protein foods first, see what happens with you.

What has your weight loss progress been like so far? You might find that eating towards the upper end of your range before exercise, or the lower end of your new range is a good spot for you.

at your current weight you don't really need to eat back those calories, though if you are hungrier it's fine to do. as you lose weight and get closer to where you want to ultimately be, it's going to be more important to eat those exercise calories back.
another thing is how you set up your tracker. if you set it up for the exercise tracker to communicate with the food tracker, then there isn't any exercise included. if you set up your tracker the old way, then your calories burned per week goal is already factored into your ranges. in other words, if you're right at your exercise goal for the week, then those calories have already been included when factoring your ranges. again, when you have a lot of weight to lose, it's not that important to eat them back.

You should added your expected weekly calorie burn into the equation. You can do that by editing your fitness goals. On your fitness page, click on "Edit Fitness Goals" on the bottom of the page. Scroll to the bottom and enter your expected weekly calorie burn and save. You calorie range will automatically update.

My suggested calorie range is between 1200-1500 and I typically stays closer to 1500. My question is, if I burn 500 calories exercising, should I be eating 1700-2000?

When you track your exercise, what is your recommended calorie range and how many calories do you typically consume?

I've been trying to exercise more and I was just wondering if I really need to eat more to makeup for calories burned? I want to continue to loose weight, but I don't want my body to go into starvation mode.
