Ah ha! I fiddled with the goals a little bit. Time to fiddle more so I'm back with the most streamlined calories, then.
Thanks guys!

Did you change your goal date? If not, that is probably why, especially if you lost weight faster than the pace that was originally set... the system is basically trying to "slow you down" so you get to your goal on time, even if that means losing weight at a slower weight.

Same thing happened to me when I went from 114 lbs to 125 lbs. I increased my calories and my pant size actually got smaller!

I am guessing that something else changed along the way.
1. your weekly calories burned through exercise
2. your weekly weight loss goal, or
3. your goal date.

So, I tracked that I lost weight recently and got the little message to reset things so that my recommended calorie range was up to date.

I went and reset things, but noticed that my recommended calorie range went UP instead of down. Now, I'm not arguing exactly, but that seems a little odd to me. :)

Anyone have any ideas?
