Y'all are awesome! Thanks! Just from looking at the Spark meal plans I thought I had to be doing it a certain way. Good to know that I don't have to give up the way that works for me!

I tend to distribute the calories uniformly, otherwise long hours towards the end of the day before going to bed may have to be spent with little food, which may cause overeating. I never was a snack eater, but about 6 months ago I have naturally drifted towards snacking, and since then I have been snacking all the time with the 3 major meals of the day being little different than snacks themselves, which means the calories allowed is more or less uniformly distributed throughout the day.

Your calorie distribution doesn't make a difference, long-term, in weight loss. For different people, HOW you eat your calories does matter, though, because following one plan over another is more likely to keep them from snacking, bingeing, or just overeating. I generally eat a medium-sized breakfast, a light lunch, and a big dinner. Other people prefer a huge breakfast, and smaller lunches and dinners. Neither is right or wrong... find what works for you! What matters for weight loss is your calorie deficit at the end of the week... not when you eat what food in any given day.
Nothing wrong with that at all. A lot of people actually recommend exactly what you're doing. More cals in the morning, tapering off as the day goes on. I however, need to eat a larger dinner, so my calories increase as the day goes on. But the important thing is to find what works for you, and plan your calories for when you'll be most hungry- which is what you're doing! So good job! :)

Nothing wrong with that at all - I've heard that recommended lots of places. There's no reason to eat a big dinner right before you're going to bed.

How important is it to have a calorie distribution that starts with fewer calories at breakfast and increases through the day with the most being at dinner? I find that I'm generally hungriest in the morning and I will eat a big breakfast, big lunch, and then a fairly light dinner. Is there anything wrong with this?
