Yes, your recommended calorie range is based on your current weight, goal weight, timeline for weight loss and how much exercise you're doing. So as long as those things are updated, you should be fine to eat in the range that SP suggests.

I read about it yesterday - yes, SP does it automatically. I think I read that its based on your weight, your goal weight and your level of activity - and probably age as well.

Does SP create a calorie deficit automatically or is this something I need to take into account with my weight loss program?
