I did a google search for "calorie count UK" and got a site that might be helpful. Try that and see what you can find.

You can use food groupings for your favorite meals in a restaraunt, so you can work out the calories just once and add it as a group in the future.

I often see US restaurants cited here with calorie counted menus. Do any UK Sparklers know of restaurants in Britain who offer this. Would be so happy to be able to pre-plan my meals out in this way. Thanks for any info.
