Macadamia nuts, or olive oil to make some meat and veggie stir fries might boost calories. Cheeses have a lot of calories.

I lost weight eating 2800 calories, which is the top of my SP range, but feel more comfortable eating 1600-2000 a day. As long as you are over 1200, you are fine, some weeks I eat 2300 a day, this week 1650 a day. What you want to eat will change , just don't go over the top of your range, and don't eat less thinking it will help you lose weight. Just eat when hungry.

Here's a great article for boosting your calories without boosting the crap:

Oh, and ground flaxseed is also good on yogurt and in smoothies. It's super healthy and about 50 calories per tablespoon.

Avocado is also great for healthy fats. And cheese is good for calcium. Both are fairly high in calories.

Have an ounce of dark chocolate. Its high in iron, fibre, and calories.
