Macadamia nuts, or olive oil to make some meat and veggie stir fries might boost calories. Cheeses have a lot of calories.
I lost weight eating 2800 calories, which is the top of my SP range, but feel more comfortable eating 1600-2000 a day. As long as you are over 1200, you are fine, some weeks I eat 2300 a day, this week 1650 a day. What you want to eat will change , just don't go over the top of your range, and don't eat less thinking it will help you lose weight. Just eat when hungry.
