On the 28 day bootcamp video pull-down, it says only "12 minute workout" yet the workout is 22 minutes. Do we enter 22 minutes in the fitness tracker or only 12? I don't know if the calorie count would be correct.

I am having the same questions...how to track the calories before and after.....I'm using the DVD boot camp... so no track calories on that... and I've tried looking up the individual videos online...not having much luck...but will try your coaches suggestion. thanks!

Hi, I have the same question. When entering the information on the fitness tracker, it asks for how many minutes. Do I only put 12 for the bootcamp video or do I put 22 because that is the length of the segment that I completed (including the warm-up and cool-down). Basically the question is does the tracker info. provided just for the 12 minute portion or the 22 minute portion? Thank you!

If you click on the track calories button below each video it will track the calories based on that video.

There is a track calories burn button below each video that will automatically enter in the calories burn into your fitness tracker based on the video. You do not have to worry about adding in calories burn for a warm-up and cool-down.

The 28 day Boot Camp videos have a Track Calories Burn Button below each video that you can use.
