I am not hungry. I wasn't hungry yesterday, or the day before. Each day, I ate less than half of the calories I was supposed to. My big question is how much do I need before I make myself sick from not eating? According to the pedometer, I take about 8,000 at work, and 30 minutes a day I have a light exercise routine as part of my job. I will work out outside of work, just not everyday. Can anyone help me?
