I have made tofu alfredo, which was quite tasty, the tofu replaces the heavy cream. I also just came across tofu 'fries' using extra firm tofu cut into fry size pieces, anxious to see how these are! Of course I JUST made stroganoff the other night and didn't think at all to add tofu to the mix..next time!
I like the orange ginger baked tofu from Post Punk Kitchen. If you google you'll find the recipe.
Usually, I just marinate it in some sort of Asian flavors (soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chiles, sesame oil etc), drain it and give it a good sear in the wok and have it with rice and veggies.
