I have made tofu alfredo, which was quite tasty, the tofu replaces the heavy cream. I also just came across tofu 'fries' using extra firm tofu cut into fry size pieces, anxious to see how these are! Of course I JUST made stroganoff the other night and didn't think at all to add tofu to the time!

There's a great recipe for Tofu Lasagna in the Tofu Cookbook. If you Google you will find many variations available

Hello! Check this site out - I found this recipe not too long ago when I decided to start being pescetarian and start eating clean. I changed the beef stock to veggie stock though:

They puree the tofu and use it as part of the cream was AWESOME! :)

I like the orange ginger baked tofu from Post Punk Kitchen. If you google you'll find the recipe.

Usually, I just marinate it in some sort of Asian flavors (soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chiles, sesame oil etc), drain it and give it a good sear in the wok and have it with rice and veggies.

What's your favorite way to enjoy tofu?

Be soft. Do not let the world make you hard. Do not let the pain make you hate. Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness. Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree, you still believe it to be a beautiful place. - Kurt Vonnegut.
