GOD ANSWERS PRAYER ! I am so thankful that you have started to lose weight i know how good that feels . I had lost almost 40 lbs and had to start on chemo pills weekly and enbrel because i was going blind . These meds has put my weight back on but i'm not discourage not happy either but GOD KNOWS i am still taking care of his temple. I won't give up these meds are a lifetime thing but they are giving me some sight back in my left eye and keeping the arthritis out of my eyes. I THANK GOD FOR THE GRANT I GOT TO TRY THIS BECAUSE IT IS EXPERIMENTAL AND THE SHOTS WEEKLY ARE OVER 900 DOLLARS A SHOT i have to take one every friday . This is week 8 and i have been approved till January 1 st. AS I SAID GOD ANSWERS PRAYER ! emoticon emoticon If i can help in anyway let me know !

Today I am happy so far in my first few weeks I have lost 4 pounds. I am now at 176 pounds:) this is very encouraging. I am working on week 2 of the no sweets challenge. finishing week 1 of the boot camp challenge.

I am currently working on week 2 of the tame the sweet tooth challenge. I completed week 1.
For my work out challenge I am doing the 28 day spark boot camp. I completed the week 1 cardio sessions already. I am working on toning before moving to week 2 of the spark boot camp. Finishing these two challenges are my first goals for now.
