I have found that green tea doesn't keep me awake as much as coffee does. I love green tea with mint & honey! It's a great early afternoon pick-me-up that doesn't keep me up all night.

I guess you really are sensitive to caffeine. It happens to me if I have coffee after, lets say 3 PM.
If I feel like having it in the afternoon, I make (or buy) decaff.

I'm caffeine sensitive too. One little cup of green tea at 12.30 noon will keep me up till 5 am that night! Talk about sensitive!

I'm caffeine sensitive, too. I love Teeccino, and I can also drink one cup of Oolong or white tea early in the morning without it affecting my sleep.

I quit drinking caffiene in January, I don't regret it. I know if I had a caffinated drink right now it would probably make me insane LOL. I sleep soooo much better now!

I hate that I am caffeine sensitive. I think caffeine can be a boost in a faster metabolism. I was able to drink one cup of coffee with caffeine but no longer. It is 3:30 a.m I am up from the coffee I drank at 11:00 a.m yesterday. :(..I need to get to the store and get some decaf.
