What a cool site! I love cacti - there's so many, and such different looks. I still love lithops, too - flowering "stones"!

Schlumbergera (otherwise known as Christmas Cactus) is another pretty succulent and it flowers. Great for hanging baskets.

Wow, did not know there were so many of them. Youngest daughter still wants a small cactus garden/ terrarium. Will have to help her with that soon.

Wow. My mother always grew various cacti in the house. I checked out your link and was wowed by the number of varieties.
I wonder what variety my legs are when I don't shave them. emoticon

It's wonderful!!! I never knew there were so many species of cacti! I still haven't found the names of my cacti, but I could spend hours just gazing at the many species with their flowers!
