I've been using CTS360 for only three days now. I'm not small... 6' 2" with a starting weight of 278 lbs. Three days later, I'm at 269 and feeling great already. I can definitely feel the stimulant about 30 minutes or so after taking the capsules. Usually, I'm fighting to stay awake around 3 pm but now I have energy all day and no trouble sleeping. Someone mentions the Motivate pill that is taken in the evening... It is stimulant free according to what I've read. I haven't yet researched all the ingredients but will over the weekend. As for the persons spreading doom and gloom about what will and won't kill you. You can make a BOMB out of normal household ingredients and some of those are in food and are completely safe. What these people are spreading are partial facts. Yes, some ingredients can cause veins to constrict or narrow but only under certain circumstances and only combined with other ingredients that create your own bomb. Read about these things but make your own informed decision. I am not a diet pill taker. This is my very first attempt to lose weight like this rather than diet and exercise. I'm 45 and it's just not that easy any more. Diet and exercise will certainly play a part in the weight loss but some has got to go before that can be an everyday activity. Another thing I have noticed on the positive side... Clarity of thought! Age takes its' toll on us and not only our bodies are affected. Our minds are in need of exercise too. Both physically and mentally. Reading and playing little games in your head (like simple math exercises) helps but getting your heart pumping once and a while gives it plenty of oxygen and cleans out the sludge (so to speak). The stimulant in this product has given me clarity and energy to get that flow going again. I don't plan to stop. The price is a little steep at $146.99 with our local tax but it is for TWO months worth. As long as I see a benefit, $73.495 per month is not bad at all.

No doubt these supplements are expensive but I love them! I've been taking CTS 360 for a month now and have noticed a significant increase in energy in general and especially when taking Zumba classes 3 days a week. I have only lost 2 lbs. but at 135lbs. I'm not really sure how much more I can really lose. I'm perfectly happy with just toning which I have noticed in the past month. If I continue to get the same results in month 2, I will definately buy another round. If you are caffeine sensitive, this program is not for you. I'll try and post again at the end of September.

I saw this post and wanted to let others know of my experience. I started this particular system 2 weeks ago and so far I've put on 8 pounds, have no extra energy and can't stop eating. My recommendation is to save your money and put it to something more useful. Hope this helps.

I would really recommend NOT taking this! Most "fat burners" are just caffeine and maybe some vitamins and hot pepper-- not effective, but not dangerous. This one, however, has synephrine! Synephrine is a vasoconstrictor-- it makes your veins shrink and tighten. Then it has caffeine, which raises your blood pressure. Then it ALSO has aspirin, which thins your blood and makes you bleed more! So you're taking something that squeezes your veins, forces blood through them harder, and will make the bleeding worse if one pops or tears. At the very least, it's going to make you prone to having little broken capillaries and spider veins on your face, especially your nose, so you look like a long-term alcoholic. At worst, it could cause a heart attack or stroke with severe bleeding that could kill you or leave you permanently disabled.

And none of those things burn fat. All they do is make blood rush to your face so you're flushed and hot, and that sensation makes you assume something is being "burned."

Supplements with synephrine actually aren't technically legal. There's just no way to prosecute the makers because of the way our laws are written. The problem is that the FDA wants to keep synephrine legal for cold medicines over the counter, so they haven't banned it. The FDA can only regulate drugs and foods, not supplements. They can only go after a supplement maker for using a banned substance or a controlled substance (prescription drugs,) and there's no other agency that can prosecute supplement makers. It's kind of like the situation a friend of mine has with his neighbors setting off fireworks. It's not legal, but they live in an unincorporated area, so city police can't do anything there, and the county sheriff can't prosecute fireworks violations. So the other homeowners just have to go out with garden hoses and put out the ones that land on their roofs and lawns. If somebody misses one and the house burns down, THEN the neighbors can be prosecuted for arson, but in the meantime someone has lost their house. If somebody dies from a synephrine-caffeine-aspirin cocktail fat-burner, THEN the manufacturers can be prosecuted for reckless endangerment-- but do you want your family to be the plaintiffs?

I just started the maximum toning cts 360 system. The guy at the store told me to take one of the red packets in the morning and a second one in the afternoon and then take the motivate at night before bed. I'm a bit confused as the motivate bottle states take one pill before each meal....Does anyone follow the bottle directions? Thanks

I have been on it for 2 weeks... I have never taken diet pills before and I honestly don't know what came over me when I purchased this. But here's what I have noticed:

1) I don't get the normal "hunger signals" (growling stomach, etc) so the appetite suppressant works.
2) I haven't lost much weight yet - but as someone else said results may not show until week 4.
3) I have more energy when I take it... but I have to watch and make sure I eat enough. The guy at complete nutrition said it would cause me to burn 500-700 more calories per day... and since I was shooting for 1300 calories before I started taking it - I was quick to realize that I HAVE to eat more or I get super weak in the evenings... pretty much lethargic. (I assume it's because I'm burning way more calories than I was eating).

They said I have 30 days "risk free" and believe me I'm watching the scale and the calendar. If something doesn't start happening soon I will be paying them a visit.

This is supposed to be a 2-month supply... I won't purchase it again even if it does work. I guess curiosity got the best of me this time.

I'll try to remember to post again in a couple of weeks to share any results (if there are any).

I have always felt that once you go off the pills your metabolism is so strung out it slows down really bad causing you to gain all the weight right back.

I am just starting the cts360, mainly for energy, I am having a hard time getting in the swing of things. Not making excuses, but after a house fire, and rebuilding for the last year it is just hard to muster up any energy to anything else outside of work and house work. Will post updates. I have a headache today with my first dose, by reading the posts it seems to be normal and should subside. Please let me know if anyone has had any side effects so bad that the supplements had to be stopped. Thanks, D

I read the article you posted,I liked it but if you notice I didn't recommend a crash diet or a colon clense. I just completed a 6 day detox which consisted of a herbal clense while recomending regular exercise and a healthy diet. It is not intended to replace health eating and some of the adverse effects of a detox is what the person is eating. After the detox I started the CTS 360 clinical and have had great results. This is not in place of eating healthy and not working out it is in addition to. I have had weight problems all my life and have used suppliments and have never seen results this fast. I am sure when I add some catsup to the strength training I am doing (program from bodybuilding.com)i am sure I will start to loose the weight. What I so won't work for everyone and I know that but if someone who has had the same problems I have maybe I can help. I do appreciate the input and the article.

Not FDA approved-alot of these things in strength training books are totally illegal outside the land limits of the USA and Canada..
As for advising people to do detox please read this article sparkspeople has called helpful or full of hype..

Diet pills are not always EVIL! I am taking the CTS360 clinical and other than some headachs in the beginning (I was an avid coffee drinker) and a few stomach problems that lasted about a week, I have had no problems. I haven't lost any weight (probably because I am not doing any cardio at the moment) but I have noticed more definition in my arms and legs and have lost 3/4 of an inch on my waist. I started a workout program from bodybuilding.com and love it! I now have the energy to get my behind to the gym 5 days a week while working 2 jobs and managing a 3 year old. I don't think it is actualy FDA approved but I can tell you that military members are still allowed to use it... (I don't know if that tells you much but I hope it helps) From all the reviews that I have read people don't usualy start seeing good weight loss results untill about 4 weeks (along with a healthy diet and exercise) I recommend a detox beforehand (which might have contributed to the stomach issues) but it is to make sure that you absorb as much as possible. The idea though is not to be on it forever, use it as a aid not a s a crutch... GOOD LUCK! OH AND LOTTS OF WATER!

Hey gals, unfortunately I bought first and read later. But, after $300, I am going to give it a try. I am somewhat caffeine sensitive, so I had them mix it up for me a bit. I take the orange (regular pill) in the AM and then the yellow (caffeine free) one in the afternoon. I promise to give an accurate assessment of how it affects me. I have no investment in the company other than my $300. I also purchased their vitamines and vibe and chocolate mint shake. I hate it when I impulse buy, but I am ready to kickstart my self back to the diet and exercise I used to do. Started Saturday evening with the supplements...so let's see how it goes. I did gather from reading, its best to make sure to follow up your supplements with a meal and not try to take them on their own. I plan to at least incorporate 30 minutes of walking a day, and more natural food choices while I have help with the cravings.

Just started this 4 days ago! hopefully I will see some results soon. I needed to jump start my weight loss. I havent lost anything in 4 months and was just "maintaining" weight. I need to lose about 15 lbs. I am so excited to see if this stuff actually helps out. I am also working out with Tony Horton (p90x)! I am motivated again! CHEERS!

I have tried it. I have been using it for a month and I have already lost over 12 pounds. (it would be way more if I was doing some more cardio lol) Not only am I losing weight but I feel better then I ever have.
I went initially looking for something for energy, and an appetite suppressant. They recommended this. The energy is amazing. I'm rarely hungry, and my muscles are toning like crazy.
I will have to give it more time to truly give it a fair review.
One issue I will note, is after being so worked up on it and moving non stop for about two weeks, I didn't take my afternoon dose and dropped really hard/bad. After a good nights sleep and my morning dose I was good to go.
I would recommend it big time. I plan to continue using it for sure.

Disadvantages
One of the Complete Nutrition Envision Supplements contains a high amount of chromium and high amounts of chromium may be dangerous.
Some of these supplements contain caffeine so those who are sensitive should not use these products because adverse side effects such as insomnia and muscle tremors may occur.
There is no satisfaction guarantee on any of the Complete Nutrition Envision supplements.
There is no certification posted about the Hoodia Gordonii used in these supplements.
These supplements are expensive when compared to similar products that are available.
These supplements should not be taken by women who are pregnant or nursing or by those with certain medical conditions.

Save your money there are many things in this product that would have me worried namely no documentation it works..
