Given I've seen friends herniate disks doing crunches, none. 4X1min planks though!

none. I do planks. If i want a real challenge, I use the TRX at my chiro's office.

None. Crunches are not a part of my daily routine, and if I do core work I prefer exercises like planks instead.

Writer, mother, wife, and breadwinner. I love to run, but running doesn't love me, so I'm switching to my low-impact bike.
