Quarter or half a teaspoon of turmeric in warm milk or milk substitute (with some sweetener, because otherwise ack).

I do one of 2 things:

Gargle with salt water 2-3 times a day

Drink hot water with a tablespoon of honey and lemon.

Feel better!
