I wear Spanx Power Panties when I workout. They hold all of my business right where it is supposed to be.

I get about 90% of my workout clothes from TJ Maxx and Marshalls. It's all brand name, and the only thing wrong with it is that it's "last season" (...but for workout clothes, who cares?). I have paid from $5-$20 on articles of clothing that would have cost $30-$60 at a sporting goods store for the same brand.

thanks everyone... my main worry with using spanx is that its not really sweat wicking and could cause me to get a rash or something.

I will DEFINITELY check out ON and Target! thank you!

I bought a couple of compression tanks on clearance at Target about 8 years ago. I wear them underneath a "flowing" shirt. I have never found another tank that fit so I am as gentle as possible with the ones I have in hopes they will last. I am guessing the spanks or some target or generic version of the spanks tank top would serve the same purpose. Good luck.

Old navy has some plus size compression pants for just under $30.

If you're just looking for a bit of tummy control, how about some SPANX ? Check out the Macy's lingerie section. there are tons of different lycra panties you could wear under your workout gear for some control.

Macy's is always having sales. But you could check the lingerie sections of TJ Maxx, Target, Sears or Walmart.

I'm sitting here getting pretty irritated because all these work out close I'm finding for plus size women are flowy and loose... which is nice to hide your excessness, but seriously, I do a jumping jack and I need a dang bra for my tummy... Where can I find something like this that doesn't cost more than like $30??????? I need something that's gonna hold me together while I move!!! It hurts enough doing a jumping jack without my stomach trying to yank off my body LOL
