You could just drink lowfat milk, which has cla, (pasture fed) Then you also get protein, and calcium, and vitamin d, and omega 3s. Mmmmm.

I don't know anything about this, but would have thought that exercise is what toned the muscles rather than taking a pill.

I heard the vitamin CLA helps you get toned. I just started taking vitamin so I can't tell if it works or not. I was wondering if anybody got results from taking CLA? (I have been exercising four days a week too but I just need a little boost)
